It all started in 2023, at a cousin’s wedding. Sharmila’s aunt pulled her aside and said, “I have the perfect boy for you.” Sharmila’s reaction? A full 180-degree turn and a hard no, thank you!

But as all aunties do, she persisted. Weeks later—and just to make her aunt stop asking—Sharmila agreed to share her number with this so-called “perfect boy.” Enter Anish.

From their very first text, the connection was instant—easy, natural, like they’d known each other for years. Sharmila arrived in Miami first, got ready for dinner, and waited. When she opened the door to greet him—it was truly love at first sight.
